The options for customization are limitless. We try to offer as many as possible on our site. The laser system we use can engrave nearly anything, from food items to industrial style stainless steel panel covers and everything in between. Here at LWL we are focused on metal, wood and acrylic as our primary mediums, but we are not afraid to experiment with any material you want! We ask if it is something other than those three items that you bring some kind of test material so we can dial in the laser to the specific material prior to printing. If this is not possible, we can still attempt your project we will just need to do what we call a power step up, where we take the material and slowly increase speed and power to get good results. The only limitation to what can be engraved or done is our imagination. So, bring on those strange objects like jeans, glass wear, resin projects, or anything else you want done!

We process orders on a first come first server basis. Typically, our orders are processed and put into production within 24 hours of receipt but may take as long as 3-5 business days during peak season and holidays.

Typically, we charge standard industry rates. Our labor rate is set at $25/hr. We also charge $1/min for run time. This charge covers the cost to run the laser. Our prices are displayed and broken down on every invoice and you the customer will never incur a hidden charge without us letting you know prior.
